Free Shipping Policy:

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States that exceed $149.00. This offer is available for a limited time and can be changed without prior notice. Please note that this offer only applies to orders shipped within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We also provide FREE LOCAL DELIVERY within a 15-mile radius of Conshohocken, PA 19428. You can select this option at checkout when placing your order. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day; orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

Order Confirmation and Tracking:

Once you place an order, you will receive two email confirmations. The first email confirms that we have received your order, while the second email contains your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

Order Processing and Shipping:

We process and ship orders from our fulfillment center in Pennsylvania. Our aim is to fulfill all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note that we currently only ship within the U.S.A., including Alaska and Hawaii. Expedited shipping options are available during checkout.

Delivery Times:

All packages are shipped via UPS®USPS® or FedEx® and should be delivered within 2-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that there may be carrier and weather delays that can affect arrival times. We currently only ship within the U.S.A., including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship via USPS® for PO Box addresses.

Missing or Stolen Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance. Please note that Moon Mountain does not reimburse for stolen or misplaced orders, or orders delivered to the incorrect address by the delivery courier.
